Thankyou, been an incredible year, retirement a lot closer for all sorts of reasons, not least redundancy at end of term.

Debating if wish to stay in teaching till Kris (told you it has been quite a year) retires in 2013 so may well be in market for less stressful occupation, lots of choices.

SL now has a windvane called Persephone, still high maintenance but getting used to it. All part of plan for big escape.

After enduring a very expensive and totally wasted education including the classics my windvane is called 'Dave' (after a Policeman friend I use to sail with in the '80s who is one of the best helmsman I know!)
