Suspect the RH prop is fitted when the engine is mounted behind the saildrive so reverse becomes forward - but I could be wrong! Not sure how swapping over cables (how?) will select reverse when the lever is in forward.

If you move the end from one slot in the Morse control to the other, it will push instead of pull or vice versa.

Cable singular.....Ahead / reverse cable. ...... There is a see saw arangement on the control head behind the operating lever so swap the teleflex to the other end of the see saw! Then ahead becomes astern and astern becomes ahead. Simplees.... No problem with some gearboxes but not a good idea with others.

Doesn't reverse gear involve an extra gear wheel? Surely not a good idea to have this engaged all the time?
