Suzuki DT2.2 manuals?

I have a Suzuki outboard marked: 00221 DT2.2, 1997. Serial number 00221-861942.

I would like a user manual, and a workshop manual if available. Suzuki don't seem to have downloadable manuals of any sort!

I've got the parts list from funpartsxpress (http://www.funpartsxpress.com/docs/parts/Parts_DT2.pdf) which helps a bit, but any more info would be much appreciated.

Suzuki 2.2 Outboard manual

Don't know if this is any help but the Owners Manual is part numbered 99011-94D36-051,April 2002 version.It contains details in English,French,German,Spanish,Swedish Norwegian and Finnish. If there is anything specific you need to know please ask and I'll quote from my copy.

I've now got a generic Suzuki Workshop Manual, but it still doesn't tell me what I need to know: the correct fuel/oil ratio for a DT2.2

Any ideas?

Run it on 50:1 .. always the safe mix for 2 strokes from around 1970 onwards.

You may eventually discover it should run on 100:1 but even so if theres no problem with 50:1 stay with it. A bit more oil to stop it siezing up while not in use.

Use a TCW3 2 stroke outboard oil.

Suzuki DT2.2 manual.......

The manual calls for 100:1 mix( but 50:1 for South Africa and commercial models)
I would agree with Vic that a drop more wouldn't go amiss especially if not regularly used..
A brilliant, light, little motor.

Has anyone got the users manual for Suzuki DT2.2 outboard and can scan a copy, or perhaps loan for a couple of days? Happy to trade with the full workshop manual, which is for all Suzuki outboard engines from 1988 to 2003.
