The following are taken directly from the yellow pages. No recommendation as I don't know any of them but on the other hand I have never heard of any particular problem with "experts maritimes". Dial 33 first and drop the zero.

Look up www.eurosurv.com who have dealings in Palma, S of France and UK. Don't know for certain their reputation not having ever encountered their work personally, but have friend who is with them! They sound very professional from website.
