Hi All,

Any recommendations for a marine surveyor to survey a small sailing yacht (32 ft Rival) in Yorkshire?

You could try Ian Lumsden . Always at NEWARK marina doing surveys and has a very good reputation. No connection, not used him but know a few who have . Don't have his number but ring NEWARK and they will give you it.
