Surveyor Local to Benfleet Essex ?

Afternoon All,

I have a motor boat which due to it's age, needs to have a survey carried out for insurance purposes.

She is currently in a yard in Benfleet, Essex.

Could anyone recommend a local surveyor?

Problem is you'll probably get a dozen different names. However I got a reliable recommendation for Stephen Read who's in felixstowe but travelled down to the Medway. 01394 212512.

Paul Stevens is at Maylandsea. Have used him in the past, and happy to recommend him. Don't have his number to hand but can probably be googled.

I used Paul Stevens for an insurance survey too. He seemed fine.

Thanks for all the info, funnilly enough I tracked down Paul Stevens before I read your posts but unfotunately he's all booked up, but on the up side he's recommended somebody who's going to carry out the survey for me next week.

One local to you is Paul Johnson, 07802 264498 / 01702 688350. I haven't used him myself but he has done some surveys in our boatyard.
