Surveyor in Belgium ?

Does anyone know of a surveyor for my Part 1 Registration tonnage survey? Boat is in Nieuwpoort.

We used a good surveyor last year who was competant, helpful and charged about half the price of all the others. I believe he comes from Liege. His English is very good.
