Surveyor/engineers Netherlands

Does anyone out there feel able to recommend a surveyor/engineer to look over a Volvo powered motorboat currently lying in the Netherlands? My chief concerns are over the mechanicals rather than the hull so I'm not entirely sure which (or both?) route to go down complicated by the fact I don't know the country very well.

Surveyors are not as common as in the UK and used less.
