Please help in this Survey. They are trying to find out how many men in England have a Penls smaller than 2". To aid in this they are asking anyone in this category to fly a red cross on a white background on their car.

There are people flying two flags. What does this mean?

There are people flying one big one.

Is flag area inversly proportional to the size of the flyer's chopper?

Humm. An interesting subject for a lifelong football hater like me who was forced to play this stupid game at school.
