Howard, you probably know what this is all about.
Galloper has been trundling up and down and round and round just below Teddington Lock both yesterday and today. Is this a routine hydrographic survey or something else?

Routine survey :)

The PLA guys have been around for a few days , they did richmond to eel pie earlier in the week and just finishing up to ours over he last couple of days.

Howard can probably confirm this, there is online a hydrographic map of the river bed immediately below the lock and interesting it is too. They recently published a chart of the river bed around Rochester Bridge, most water is not under the central arch and the remains of the old Rochester Bridge demolished in 1800s can clearly be seen.
