Suppliers required

I would like to find suppliers for these bits.

The first is a rubbery stop with a screw hole in the middle. Diameter is about 12mm.

The second is fluffy tape about 10mm wide similar to the stuff old sliding car windows used to run on

Anyone any clues?

A DIY store might be able to supply the first - looks a bit like a furniture foot. As for the other stuff, have I seen that on old double glazing units? You could maybe try a search through some kit-car / classic car type websites or magazines. It looks like the sort of thing they might use.
