Just a few positive words about Danson Marine in Sidcup, UK:
I ordered 3 items from them via ebay and had them posted to me in Spain. Upon arrival 2 items were as advertised but the most important one, a large Grab Bag turned out to be of small / medium size and unsuitable for my intended use. I immediately advised Danson Marine hereof.
Five days and three emails later Robin at Danson Marine had found a large and suitable bag and dispatched it to me in Spain, not wanting the too small grab bag back.
That's what I call SUPER after-sale service!
