I am not linked with this company in any way but am just a happy customer

I have just purchased a 12v 80w panel for my boat - the service regarding collection of this panel was superb.

The company were able to provide me with the correct connectors and connection leaflets.

They also provided the necessary cabling recommending 2.5mm minimum wire to prevent power loss over the 5m run. This is pretty heavy duty 2 core being about 10mm in diameter so the only downside is a large deck gland !

I am now in the process of fitting the panel so if its as good as their service and support I will be very happy

Interesting that you mention 2.5mm cable. I've ended up using 4mm, which is massive, as this is what was recommended where I bought my kit from. The cable isn't too expensive, though not cheap. I figure it'll lead to minimal current loss.

I've just had a look at their website, and the prices are certainly very good. As I'm about to purchase a solar panel myself, I'd be interested to hear how you get on with it.
