Are there any forumites who own a Sunseeker Manhatten/Camargue circa 1995. Looking for help with a user manual.
Thanks Geoff.

No such luck Barry. When we bought this one back in Nov 04, I was under orders 'don't come looking to change it in a couple of years'. Hence we bought a 44 footer /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif and have not regretted one day, even though it was our first boat.
I am still searching for user manuals for some of my instruments (Robertson Powerline) which have both analogue and digital functions. I'ts the digital bit I still don't understandand I have learn't these instruments were fitted to the larger Sunseekers, 44-50ft roughly 1994- 1998. Hence my enquiry.

Don't bother. You won't get any information from a Sunseeker manual. They are next to useless. They come from the position that boat maintenance is to wash with warm soapy water.

To be fair, I've not seen any boat manual yet which is halfway adequate. Compared to industrial machinery of similar value, the manuals produced by boat manufacturers are pathetic and probably contravene health and safety regs

Hi Geoff
I've seen a few brand new ones for sale recently on ebay for sale. He has been selling quite a bit of electronic stuff so he may be able to help you with manuals also. Worth dropping him an e-mail anyway Have a look at item number 4644891098

How about the "Four Winns" manual.... chapters on health & safety, boating etiquette, all sorts.

Typical America...... scared of liability suits!

OK, I stand corrected. Maybe thats one area where the Americans beat us

Thanks for the tip Chris, I will follow that item up and thanks to all the other forumites who have contributed.
