Sunseeker Manhattan 64

Does anyone know how to remove the engines on a Sunseeker Manhattan 64 2001?

We have been told there is a soft plate allowing them to be easily removed with a crane.

Or do they need to be cut out.

I saw these photos on the MAN Marine Diesel Engines Facebook group the other day. I'm pretty sure they show a 60 Manhattan but there may be some similarities.

Have they dropped an inlet valve (s) ?
