I assume a few others here have trips booked with them at the moment.

They have cancelled ours (start of July) but currently only offering voucher instead of the obliged refund.
It's all on credit cards, so covered by an extra layer of protection - just a timely reminder not to fall for the "preferred payment by bank transfer or debit card" line
 
It seems to me that if they fail to offer the legally obligated refund, that in itself is a justification for refusing a voucher; "not a company you wish to do business with"!

They are at liberty to enhance the voucher offer with add-ons or upgrades above the worth of the original booking as a sweetener.

On the other hand, we have accepted a postponement of our (not Sunsail) package to next year.
 
If we'd cancelled we would be out of pocket immediately (and legally)

This is a booking not for a family, but a group of friends - I have no idea if the same people would be able to go again, and have no desire to loan them a few grand for a year.

I got my payment back from Ryan Air via a visa debt card, unlike Ryan Air Visa were very good
