Several operators, including Moorings , do charters were you can get a cabin/berth...... Signature cabin charter...

Might be better however to try some of the UK operators who send boats out cruising for the season... Devon Sailing ... plus I think that one of the Gibraltar based companies do as well....

Try contacting TENRAG who I have always found helpfull, and should be able to get a berth for you at far less than the moorings setup above.

If you simply pitch up in a popular sailing location like Antigua or St Maarten the odds are good that you would be able to find a boat to crew on - however as you only have a week to play with you would not have much time for finding a boat..... this method is better suited for those who are off on a longer walk(sail?)about.

If you are keen on racing (and partying!), the Heineken Regatta in St Maarten is slightly out of your time range (as it is early March). But if you went to it, it is fairly probable that you would find a boat to race on.

Or if you can extend to 10 days, you could go sailing with a difference on a tall ship! See the link in my signature below.

ok not having much luck look with my search......most companies dont do one week, any suggestions...will try moornings......but have a funny feeling they will be quite expensive

ok tried moornings...and they as far as i can tell are basicly offering a fully crewed option which is kinda pointless......any suggestions???
