Sunbury Lock Out of Service - Power outage

Just received from EA:

There is currently a complete power outage at Sunbury Lock. As the hand-operated lock is also currently out-of-service it is not possible to navigate through Sunbury at present.
Electricians are on their way to site so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will send a further email to let you know that it is back in service.

Nice to know that they are keeping people informed.
What you need now is a "ThamesNaV" app.
This is similar to a ordinary car satnav but with a road map of the Thames detailing all the lock hold ups/delays,the number of boats/rowers on each stretch and just how many poxy canal boats are in front of you at the que at fresh water station ?

I'd like a shatnav function, to warn me when I'm downstream of a liveaboards bucket.
