Has anybody any experience with Sauleda Acrylic canvas in high UV conditions?
I am have some cockpit cushions and large deck cushions made in Sunbrella but my supplier has recommended that I consider Sauleda as it (in their opinion) will last longer.

100% certain that Acrylic is the absolute best in terms of UV stability and longevity. There are alternatives that come close, at about 20% of the price (dope dyed polyester). If it's acrylic then the brand name is not significant in my opinion

We use both ,the sunbrella is a more consistant product and has an upholstery grade ,making it more user friendly for cushions.
In Florida the sunbrella is used exclusively, apart from the heat absoption with the darker colours,(it gets a bit stiffer with heat and age. ) Its an excellent fabric.Sunbrella is sometimes the more expensive version . If the cushions are outside all the time I reckon the Sunbrella would be best .
If watching the pennies use the cheaper one.
