Sun Odyssey 40 Heater Routing

Hi.
Does anyone have any experience with heating on a SO40? I can't see an obvious place to put the heater and route the air pipes.

on our smaller SO 37 , the Webasto heater is fitted in the aft end of the Port side Cockpit locker, the aft 1/3 of the locker, all hot air ducting runs down and forward from there through the spaces behind the panels etc., fitted at commissioning of the boat. the Exhaust exits about 6 inches below the toe rail, diesel is supplied from the main tank by a small pipe.
