anyone experience of sailing one of these? specifically interested in the lifting keel version which looks as though it could dry out.

It seems to pack a lot of accommodation into a 24ft hull. I am looking for a weekender for wife and two small kids (5 & 3).

Anyone got any idea what these actually sell at since there seems to be wide variation in pricing over the last 12 months.

Cheers

A mate had a 26.2 for a couple of years, lift keel and twin rudders. They had two adults and two dogs on it. Plenty of accommodation for the size, particularly the double bed and heads. We only went on it for drinks and never sailed it. Think he was happy with it though, although it’s maybe not a boat for big weather as he upsized for that reason. I don’t think he dried it out either, although it was bought with that in mind.

Only negative I recall was that he said it was difficult to reverse because there was no real wash over the twin rudders.

No idea what he sold it for but I think it would have been between 20 and 25 k, about 5 years ago.
