Summers on the way again - we've past the half way point.

Posted before, but nice memories of sunny days at sea as we settle down to mince pies on one of the shortest darkest days of a bleak mid winter. As I type this I can hear the wind getting up as the next Atlantic depression prepares to lash the country over Christmas. I think I prefer the frost and freezing temparatures with the clear blue sky.

Oh happy days and next summer here we come /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Christmas sailing?

Yes indeed. Next summer, Froggy, I have no doubt, you will exceed yourself again. Loved the blog, and the pictures.

Anyone sailing over Christmas? I personally, am cheating, being in Ibiza with a boxing day jolly planned. Nothing like Ho's Pinta, the Sussex Yacht Club boxing day/new years day race I was always booked into but was always cancelled.

Seriously, any Christmas jollys planned? /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Excelent Froggie.
Even though I come from Sligo originally never realised that the south and east coasts were so beutiful, admitidly, never saw them from the water before.
Spent a couple of wks in Waterford, and Dunmore east.
Had a trip down the Waterford river.
Brilliant pics too.
Merry Christmas, C_W.
