Hi,
I have a professionally maintained swinging mooring in Anglesey on the North Menai Straits which I would be interested to swap for a season (from 1st April 2013) with somebody with a West Coast of Scotland mooring... as I've just purchased a new boat on the West Coast which for various reasons (including the great sailing) I'm considering keeping in Scotland for the first season (it's a 34ft yacht).
Does anybody know of any yacht clubs, individuals who might be interested or the best way to find a swap ?
I've looked at a couple of the mooring swap websites and they don't appear to be particularly active or want a subscription charge up front which I'm not keen on.
Any contacts or advice gratefully received.
