If it wasn’t for my wooden boat, which even though somewhat more modest, still manages to suck up disproportionate amounts of money, I might be tempted. The trouble with boats like that, they have a nasty habit of reeling people in with the dream, sucking them dry and spitting them out, homeless, divorced and broken... /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

To be fair to him, it might be that he does not want someone else to buy her just for scrap metal value, and then burn the rest. You can buy the ballast from him serperately. Only brought outside this month............she might actually be reasonably sound. Maybe.

He wants scrap value for the lead which I reckon would be about £2.5k.
