I have purchased a motorboat version of a Sportina 760 which has never had any form of GPS equipment fitted.
It has a 18HP diesel inboard which means it is not going anywhere in a hurry (suits me just fine) and I am looking for suggestions for a GPS / Autopilot system and chart plotter which could also be linked to a VHF, it could all be linked together or perhaps I could go for something a bit simpler, anyway I want to be able to relax a bit while passage making on the east coast, hence my desire for the autopilot.
