My shopping list is armed and ready........ As I understand it, the jumble is quite big and well run. Mostly undercover too.

Really disappointing..... I wasn't expecting Beaulieu, but was hoping for more than a small collection of stalls offering mostly scrap and Chinese rope!

It wasn't great to be honest.

Did manage to get a decent pair of mooring lines and a couple of odd bits I've been looking for.

£4 to get in is a bit steap though.

I was pretty happy!

Met Martin Evans in the entrance and he said he had just taken a photo of a brace of Highfield levers for a tenner, which he was going to send me with the seller's name and address, so he pointed them out to me, and I said "snap". Then I found the stand selling new deck shoes and sea boots, and kitted out my wife and my No.2 son with both, plus a pair for myself, at a fraction of chandlery prices.

Still a few things to come from Beaulieu, but, for me, £4 well spent!
