Studland eco moorings, ?pick up strop

Like it says. Do these moorings have a pick up buoy and strop or do you have grab/thread through a metal loop on top?

I don't know Studland, but very few visitors' buoys have their own strops, from what I've seen.

Just the metal loop. I picked up the buoy single handed from the cockpit by setting up the mooring line as I sailed in.

The new eco buoys at Studland last year had a pick up strop, well the one I used did. Held on the surface by a few small yellow floats. This year could be different.
