STRUCTURAL FOAM

Does anyone know where I could buy some structural grade PVC foam (typ 80 Kg/m3) or equivalent suitable for use with polyester resin. I am involved in a Youth Group and we are planning to make some model boats. I have contacted Scott Bader but they can only supply a large quantity which is really expensive.

I just posted thos on PBO forum and just thought I woul try this forum also
