...no not a spelling mistake!

I thought I had the only Seaswirl Striper in the UK (see www.seaswirl.com) as their UK dealer went belly up earlier this year. I've got it dry berthed at Port Solent.

Was down there yesterday and saw another (21ft cuddy version) in the boat yard. Suddenly I don't feel so lonely!

Anyone know the owner? or any other Seaswirl owners out there?

The 2101 Walkaround was featured in the February 2001 issue of Sea Angler, this one was fitted with a Volvo 5.0EFI Sterndrive and 50mph was claimed, but with a fuel consumption of 15.9 gallons per flat out miles, I would doubt that they sold many. I have the issue in front of me and if you are really pining I will send the feature to you. The suppliers at the time were Panther Marine Haslar Marina Gosport

Thanks for that. Would be interested in seeing the article. Panther Marine were the guys that sold me mine. Seemed like a good company - just hit the market at the wrong time.

Shame that Seaswirl don't have other representation over here, as there doesn't seem to be much on the market that can compete with specs, build quality and price.
