After having the upholstery recovered using Silvertex last year, I'm looking to get some stretch covers made to try to protect the bow cushions from suntan lotion etc. Something that can be fitted quickly and removed at the end of the day. Any ideas what material would be suitable for this? I've seen terrycloth stretch fabric but can't find it in grey, is that the sort of stuff to use or is there something better?

Thanks
Mike

Mike,

The company that make my fender socks (http://www.fender-design.com/) make towelling and velvet covers for cushions in a variety of colours including grey. Here's their online catalog (see pages 11-12):

I'd be happy to place an order on your behalf if you're interested (I'd get a bit of commission). Note that you can have them plain or with a manufacturers logo usually at no extra cost.
