Strange PM from Monrovia

Anyone else received a PM from julius79? Very strange. Don't quite know how to respond.

We had a spamming episode quite some while back where someone started pm'ing people with spam. They went alphabetically so 'a' names got it first. Want to pm me it so I can have a look? If it's not kosher then report to moderators and they will bar the person involved
