Stowe logs

I have 2 Stowe logs fitted. A digital one in the saloon and an analogue one on the F/B. Both have paddle wheel senders. Problem is the wheel for the one on the F/B has fallen out leading to excessive inaccuracy, (no reading at all). And so far I can’t source a replacement.
As both instruments appear to work using a pulse generated in the sender using a proximity type switch can I parallel up the signal from the good sender to both instruments.
Alternatively anybody know where replacement parts or a new sender can be purchased.

Rest assured Chrispy you can parallel up the signal from the good sender to both instruments. I did this on our old boat

I can get one of those paddle wheels here in Norway, what speed do you need, they are different.

Cant remember for sure what the range is on the instrument. I know that sounds stupid. I thought it was 0-20Kn. Then realised that the boats faster than that. Have to have a look over the weekend and get back to you.
