Stowe Dataline Wind display head

Stowe Dataline Wind display head (analogue wind direction plus digital wind speed). The analogue direction display works fine, but the digital LCD for speed has an intermittent connection fault, so some of the segments of the digits sometimes don't show up properly (anyone handy with a soldering iron?). Complete with original user manual, installation instructions, and mounting template. Without masthead transducer. Offers??
