With all this talk of storms forecast for the next few days, I thought I'd pop down to Portland Bill this morning with the camera (again!). Tomorrow promises to be even more interesting.

It means "Stand by to turn sharp right" if you are rounding by the inshore passage from Weymouth, which you wouldn't be doing in that weather.
