This amazing couple are setting off from Wick this morning to attempt to row round the country unassisted - ie without stops. An amazing challenge and for two great causes - RNLI and Scottish Air Ambulance. He is coxswain / mechanic on the RNLI lifeboat and she is a paramedic with the air ambulance.
