Got to Kemps last night to see what damage has been done to my targa. I've got a small ish patch where i lost a fender and the hull rubbed up against the wooden pontoon..bit of cosmetic repair work needed.

But all of the boats on the outside where i am had some form of pontoon damage. Looks like the wind pushed them all over so far that fenders were moved out of the way.

How did you fair?..I was at my parents in Freshwater during the storm and they had 122 mph at the needles..it was not nice to be there.

We stayed on board the whole weekend, at Eastlands on the Hamble.....We had plenty of warning didnt we... so doubled up on some mooring lines to different cleats......Sunday night was pretty wild...had to turn the movie up a bit.......lost one fender (rope snapped) but fine apart from that damage wise as we have a few fenders tied to the pontoon. Had to move the car during sunday night as the car park was underwater with the ramp we normally walk up actually facing down.....oh and one loud crump from the M27 bridge as a car hit the barrier and spun around.... but that was monday afternoon...
Good test for the boat, no leaks at all...dry in the cockpit and engine bay....phew....
