I have owned a selection of boats for over 26 years. Using them on holidays etc
I currently own a sailfish 18 that is stored in my garden, however a new neighbour has taken offence and complained and I have been told to move the boat off my property by the local authority planning department as they feel that this "LARGE BOAT" is not incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse. They have backed their decision up by quoting case law, but that relates to a 9.5x3x3mtr yaucht which would be around 8 times larger. Has any one out there any experience or had the same problem themselves.
Any advice would be appreciated.
