I have just bought a boat with a perkins 4108 engine when i looked at the engine i saw what i thought was stop cocks plumbed into the bottom of the floor can any one tell me what they are as i dont want to turn them incase i sink the boat and as i will not be using the boat till feb/march how to i winterize the engine as some one has said i need to pump out all the water and fill it with antifreeze but i cant find a rad to empty..thanks in advance...
