Its the older yellow box type, stirling being their usual helpful selfs said they would email me the manual but havnt.
Does anyone have a fitting instructions or know which wires go where ?
It does not have the same wiring as the ones on the website.

Wires from the box are red, black, green, brown and yellow.

thanks in advance

On the later model I have, the instructions show the wires as:

RED: Sense Wire goes to Common terminal on Battery switch (but can go to other places)
BLACK: there are two cables (and must stay as two) goes to B- or B Neg or the alternator case
GREEN - THIS HAS CHANGED TO WHITE on new set up and is the Field Wire that needs to be fitted to the alternator (to the Brushes by the look of it - I got an Auto electrician to sort this)
BROWN to D+ on back of alternator
YELLOW connected to ignition switch or any 12/24v supply that is 'live' when the engine is running.

I have a copy of the instructions in full - near Helston and if you want to see one wired up the boat is in Falmouth.

I can fax a copy too.

PM me for further info?

Be careful fitting the green (now white) to teh brushes - you need to know which brush - Down load the instructions from the Sterling Power web site.
