Copy the one next to Img (click on it to highlight it, then press Ctrl C to copy it) then come here to ybw and make a post and paste it (by pressing Ctrl P)

No, GC1 is referring to Brendan's post giving essentially the same advice as he already had. However Brendan did include specific instructions which probably made the task possible whereas GC1 assumed you already knew quite a lot about it.
