Option 1 either put it over a weigh bridge

Option 2 lift it with a modern crane with a load read out

Option 3 compare it to similar sized boat when you know their displacement

Option 1 or 2 is the most accurate.

Be careful what you are asking for.
Displacement is not the same as actual weight.
I think you wanted the weight for towing?
And don't forget the trailer weight.
I think the weigh bridge is the best idea.
