Still problems with Transas Navigator

I am running Navigator Pro but still on the WF20? charts. Last year i bought WF32 charts. I can't seem to update?
I click on chart catologue
click setup
scan new cd
open
then message says 'this cd reqs. newer version of catalogue, please see readme file on cd to find out more'

So look at readme and it directs me to the transas downloads website.
Downloaded and saved the updates but still not working???
Can anyone please write me an 'idiots guide'

Try useing the WF20 CD and not the new WF32 CD

yeah...but the updates cost a small fortune..... so i want to use them.

Had a similar problem when I purchased new charts. I deleted WF29 and installed WF32 and the new charts - my 112 x old charts disappeared leaving just the 3 new ones. Below is the response from Transas. I followed the instruction below and all my old WF29 charts re-appeared and so did the 3 new WF32 charts.

I guess if I paid for the update of all my old charts then I would only need the WF32 disc.

Dear David,

WF29 needs to be scanned first in Chart Catalogue. Please find attached installation guide. If you alreade reinstalled the Programm please skip the first (written) part. You can install charts with WF29 on the same way as with WF32.
