sticky typhoon

Hi, my 10+ yr old grey inflatable is developping a sticky light brown coating, mainly on the top curves of the tubes, where the sun hits it ??
is this the end of my inflatable, or will it go away )

It won't go away and may get worse why not paint it with the proper paint that should cure the problem try; http://www.polymarine.com/ or buy it at your local Chandlery.

thanks, paint looks ok, but guess what, not to be used on pvc inflatables, you know the rest of the answer :-((

would not "Superflex PVC Paint" from polymarine do the job!? I see what it say but do not see that a pvc paint cannot be used on pvc
