Sticky question

I need to glue a piece of plywood between 2 pieces of GRP. It needs to be waterproof and preferably have a little bit of flexibility.

Any suggestions as to the best glue to be used?

CT-1.

BTW, I would suggest CT-1 as a suitable alternative to sikaflex, but either would do. CT-1 can be applied even underwater.
