Stern tube wiggle

PS, i see the ply is lower than the remaining B/H, so just round off the one exposed edge, , GRP the front face of ply, take the CSM up back face of the ply and onto the GRP, use it to thicken up the saved GRP. You can still turn the bearing carrier and or tube if you want the bolts horizontal, a quarter turn, it will unscrew either end, and may even tighten up a quarter turn.

PPS: take the bolts out, drill new holes after the GRP work. The top one at least, even if you can't get to the bottom one. This is why I suggest turning the flange to horizontal, the bolts will then be in the stronger GRP near to the hull, and you can get to the back to install decent backing plates/large washers.
