Where can I buy a "traditional" stern gland, i.e. the type of gland with packing in a cap that is tightened to form a seal + grease tube??

There are two variations. One kind has the packing in the inboard end of the tube, and the cap screws internally into the end of the tube.
The other has the packing in the removeable cap, and threads externally over the tube. This kind is easier to pick the packing out of without risk of scratching the shaft. If the drive flange is removed the whole cap can be extracted and old packing pressed out without the shaft in the way.
