Stereo Suggestions

I have a 2005 Prostar 209 and am looking to upgrade the stock stereo system and am looking for suggestions. I would like to replace the head unit, add a sub/amp and if need be replace the stock speakers with an additional amp. Will the stock speakers sound good if I put an amp to them?? I would like to do direct fit with the tweeters if possible. Any insight would be appreciated.

I would use a fusion ra205 with their 6 inch speakers

It depends what sound you are looking to create. I use this on the fly of a 58 foot boat and it sounds good and is plenty loud enough without additional amps etc
