My Primor 24 has no bow roller for anchoring or for the winch tape ..

I'm thinking of such ... but as you see - there is the fresh-water filling point just inside of the gunwhale on the centre-line ... see it under the winch tape. So it would have to be a short base affair as the gunwhale also is raised from the foredeck.

Second is the winch has a terrible angle to the boat - I have extended the winch to its highest setting .... so I am thinking of a pad-eye set into the stem - to lower the winching attachment point ...

You have the fair leads either side of the bow quite ok for rope to anchor. ( few metres of chain of course at the anchor. Yes a pad eye or saddle could easily be fitted to the bow for attachment of trailer winch tape. Far better angle of attachment of the tape at home position on the trailer. I have changed from steel wire to 4mm dyneema on my trailer winch. Works well. But if tape is ok leave it. (I would call it webbing) I have always moored my little boat by the bow fitting and have found U bolts break off but best results have been with one of these bolted through. https://www.whitworths.com.au/ronstan-stainless-steel-narrow-saddle-5-16
Now we have a similar sort of mobo at our club with a similar roller fitting on the top of the bow for anchor rope. Sadly badly bent out of shape early in it's life from collision with sea wall. I would not fit one for that reason. ol'will

Yes I have the fairleads and at present a webbing based reel for anchoring ... so its OK as is. Just thought it would be kinder on the webbing to have a roller ..

The webbing (tape) on the trailer winch is rated to 2T ... but the hook is crap ! A cheap plate hook that really should be swapped out for decent forged hook.

Today engine guy comes to look at the leg lift and starter motor ...

How wide is your winch tape? That SVB roller is 50mm, but it’s U shaped roller so probably only good for 25mm tape.

If I was to mount a padeye on the stem - then the winch webbing would not be an issue on the roller.

But I'm slowly coming to conclusion that maybe roller is not needed ... given that I will not be using chain over the bow section .. so far I have used Ankoralina webbing ... through the fairlead.

Having an attachment on the stem lower than the bow will provide some lifting force as you winch the boat on to the trailer far better tahn the force pulling down wars as you winch it on with attachment on deck. ol'will
