Steering Control Cable for Motor Sailer.

Can anyone please advise me where I might obtain a replacement for such an Item? This is to connect/disconnect the Wheel to/from the Tiller by means of an inner steel rod attached to a brass dowel. Spec. and pix can be provided to any helpful Supplier/Member.
