Steel Roberts 34 project anyone?

Saw this on EBay and went to look as Preston is very close to me. I decided that this was not the project for me but it may still be good for a fellow forumite.
The yacht is as described on EBay. I have no connection whatsoever with the seller and if anyone is interested in taking on the project please PM me and I will pass on my observations.

Hi Roberto,
The boat failed to sell at the last auction.I notice that it is back for sale on Ebay.
Just search on EBay for Roberts 34. If you want more information then I will tell you what I saw when I went to look at it.

I would have thought sub £10k would be more realistic....
